MATERIAL - REQUIREMENTS

Detailed requirements for each category are detailed below. Please review them carefully. This year you can upload all your digital files along with your entry submissions. Detailed tech specs for each file type are provided here. In addition to uploading files to the online system, you will also be required to send in hard copies of your work in certain categories

Hard Copy Requirements:

TELEVISION/VIDEO BROADCAST:

Please send in hard copies on HD Cam for anything in high definition or DigiBeta for anything standard definition.

Each single television entry (no more than 120 seconds in length) should be submitted on a separate tape with bars at the beginning of the spot, NO SLATES.

Each television campaign entry (at least 3 but no more than 5 spots) should be submitted on a separate tape with bars at the beginning of the spots and 3-5 seconds between spots with cue markings for each spot, NO SLATES.

Please tape a copy of the Entry Form to each video package. (The entry form can be printed directly form the online entry system)

PRINT:

We need ONE reprint of each entry.

Remember, campaigns contain at least 3 but no more than 5 pieces. Hinge campaign entries together with tape.
